Policies
- Deposits - A deposit of one night or 50%, whichever is greater, is required when you make your reservation and will hold your room with the balance due on check-in.
- Minimum Stay - During season we require a two-night stay on weekends. You may stay one night Sunday through Thursday nights.
- Payment - Effective March 1, 2011 we accept only cash and checks - we no longer accept credit cards.
- Cancellations - If you give us at least 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit minus $30.00 handling fee.
If you cancel in fewer than 14 days of your reservation, we will refund 30% of your deposit.
- Check-in time is from 3 PM to 6PM. If you need to check in at any other time, please speak with us to make arrangements.
- Checkout is 11AM.
- Pets - We do not accept pets. We can suggest some establishments that do accept pets.
- Children - We do not accept infants or children that are not toilet trained or do not sleep through the night.
- Extra Beds - We do not permit more than two persons per room.
- Parking - Please feel free to pull up to the porch to check in and bring your belongings up to you room. When you have settled in
we ask that you move your car out of the circular driveway for the convenience of other arriving guests.
- Smoking is not permitted inside Red Barn B&B.
- When you make your reservation please tell us if you have any dietary restrictions or particular preferences regarding
food.
- Breakfast is served between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
- The hot tub is generally ready for use June through September; however, please check with us about the availability and use of the hot tub.
